Refund policy

Products may be returned only after receiving a Return Authorization from We Sell Christmas Lights. Returns without an Authorization will not be accepted. To receive Authorization, you must email returns@wesellchristmaslights.com and include your name, product information for product being returned, quantity and reason for the return.  Returns through no fault of We Sell Christmas Lights will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive credit for defective merchandise, it must be returned to We Sell Christmas Lights; do not destroy or dispose of defective merchandise and it must be returned in the original packaging. Used merchandise, unless found to be defective within the warranty period, cannot be returned. Shipping-related damages or discrepancies must be reported to the carrier immediately. We Sell Christmas Lights  must be notified of any shipping discrepancies or product errors within 5 business days from receiving order. Custom ordered products are not returnable. Holiday products cannot be returned after December 10th. Absolutely no returns for any merchandise after 20 days of merchandise receipt.
